We do not use HPP! By definition, ingredients that undergo a high-pressure pasteurization process are put under a lot of stress which degrades the natural nutrients and breaks down the cellular composition of the ingredient. At Side by Side, we are focused on preserving the integrity of our ingredients in their natural state and not disrupting their molecular structure, so our pets' bodies are better able to absorb the precious nutrients.
